How do I complete the Telegram KYC process?

Know Your Customer or KYC is an important aspect especially for Pocket Arena as our aim is to create a stable and a fair gaming ecosystem to everyone involved.

In this article our aim is to provide information on how to complete the KYC process. Do follow the instructions below:

  1. Join the official Pocket Arena Telegram group: https://t.me/swisspoc

  2. Open Pocket Arena bot and start a chat: https://t.me/PocketArena_Esports_bot

  3. Copy & paste this Verification Code into the Pocket Arena Bot and follow the rest instructions: /verify account [verification code]

  4. Choose "Send my mobile number." button when the bot asks you to send:

Where can I find the Verification Code?

You can find it by following the steps below:

Case 1. In Castle Defense game:

  1. Open Castle Defense game https://games.pocketarena.com/castle/.

  2. Log in with the PA account that you need to do a KYC.

  3. Select the “Settings” icon at the top right, then select the “Player’s Settings” button.

  4. In the Player's Settings popup, try to toggle on the “Receive attack notifications using Telegram” option.

  5. “KYC via Telegram required” popup will be shown, then select the “Complete KYC Now” button.

  6. You can find and copy the verification code in no.3 of the KYC screen.

Case 2. In Pocket Arena Wallet:

  1. Open Pocket Arena Wallet https://sdk.pocketarena.com/wallet.

  2. Log in with the PA account that you need to do a KYC.

  3. Select the “Settings” item at the bottom menu.

  4. Select the “KYC” item in the Settings page.

  5. You can find and copy the verification code in no.3 of the KYC screen.

I have already started a chat with bot, but there’s no instruction. What should I do?

In the chat with bot in Telegram, please select the “Start” button at the bottom.

If there’s no “Start” button, please type “/start” manually and send it to the bot.\

Then please follow the instructions from the bot.

I have completed KYC before, but it asked me to do KYC again while playing games, or when withdrawing POC. What should I do?

If you leave the Pocket Arena Telegram group, you will need to do KYC again. Please note that while redoing KYC, you should use the same phone number that has been used in the KYC process previously.

I want to use a different phone number for KYC. What should I do?
